To restore safe habitats for common birds in rural and semi-urban areas by installing eco-friendly birdhouses and promoting environmental awareness.

Strategy

Design and build wooden birdhouses using safe, sustainable materials
Identify suitable installation sites across rooftops, trees, and open courtyards
Involve school students, farmers, and locals in the installation process
Conduct awareness drives about bird conservation and local biodiversity
Monitor placement zones and maintain birdhouses seasonally

Impact

Installed over 200 birdhouses in homes, schools, and farms across rural Haryana
Engaged 100+ students and families in hands-on conservation activities
Observed return of sparrows and other native species in target locations
Increased awareness about bird safety, nesting, and ecosystem balance
Built community ownership around protecting local biodiversity
